If a frog jumps on me, I'm probably going to flip out, however, I have just found out (while weeding) that if a tiny little frog jumps on me, I have enough compassion to realize it's youth and not flip my lid. I'm quite shocked myself.
I have discovered (or rather, been introduced to) this totally awesome water. It does wonders for the human body, but also does wonders for the plants too. So I am back, with an experiment. I will be comparing tap water, to tap water with nutrients, to this new water, to this new water with nutrients. Some of you may have heard about it, it's Kangen water. It is alkaline water that has been alkalized via electricity, NOT by adding chemicals. The electricity also makes the molecules smaller, making them easier to absorb and faster to hydrate. That's why I'm so excited about this experiment. I've started from seeds, and will periodically post updates.
7/11 1 small root, 2 longer roots, 4 of them are now showing leaves, one of which has already come out of the seed shell. There is still one not growing. They seem too small still for the cups, but too big for the bag now. I'm going to play around with putting them in other containers until they are big enough for the cups individually.
7/6 4 beans in bag
I'm not sure if these will work. I got the seeds from the bean pods of the plant that grew long enough to give me bean pods. They have been in the fridge for a while, and I put them in the bag directly out of the pod, I didn't dry them first. If this first batch doesn't work, I do have others that I am working on drying that I will be replacing those that don't grow from this batch with.
I'm learning to grow, and inviting you to learn with me.
